You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are buying a product for a child, you are responsible for how the child uses it.

3. Products
We do our best to show our products accurately, including colours and features. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product descriptions are provided for general information and we do not guarantee they are free of errors.

4. Pricing and bundle offers
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices and offers, including bundle discounts, may change at any time without notice. Bundle discounts apply automatically at checkout when the required quantity is in your cart. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

5. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed in unusual quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will help you track your order and resolve any issues under our Refund Policy.

8. Safe use of our products
Our sleep masks contain small electronics and a rechargeable battery. Please:
- Keep the volume at a comfortable level to protect your hearing.
- Do not use the product while driving, cycling or doing anything that requires your full attention.
- Remove the speakers before washing and never charge a wet product.
- Supervise children when they use the kids headband and keep small parts away from young children.
- Stop using the product if you notice skin irritation, discomfort or heat.
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any sleep condition. If you have ongoing sleep problems, please speak with a doctor.

9. Reviews and content you share
If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other content, you give us permission to use, share and display it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm the content is your own, is honest and does not break any law or anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.
